Assistant IT Manager


  Job description
  • • Manage disaster recovery process, endpoint security management, and ensuring regular daily backup is taken
  • • Sharing regular operation system reports with management team
  • • Setting up, administering, maintaining and upgrading communication systems, local area network
  • • Work closely with the Functional Teams and Users to gather requirements, design and develop solutions on SAP
  • • Support user in order to prevent and avoid any impact to business
  • • Troubleshooting daily computer hardware and software problems
  • • Experience in working with Agricultural Machinery or Automotive industry preferred
  • • Initiate creative idea to minimize IT cost, finding the corrective IT solutions
Qualifications ;
  • • Male or Female, age not over 34 years,Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT network engineering 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information System or related field
  • Strong SAP support experience and IT support and network management
  • Good command in English
  • Experience in a team oriented and have supervisory skills
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills of experience installing, troubleshooting operating systems (Win 7/10/365), Microsoft Office, and other software;
